  1. Hey Brooke! I’m just have a question about logistics, wondering how I can adjust my lifestyle to incorporate these. Do you exercise in the morning? Do you shower twice a day? I would love to start showering at night because I think it will make my mornings so much smoother, but not sure how to implement that with exercise.

    1. Hi Amanda!!! Thanks so much for your comment and question! I do exercise in the morning. I do yoga for around 20-30 min. and then go for a walk for another 20 min. I am not a gal that sweats much–even in high intensity workouts (wish I did!), so I don’t usually shower again, but I know plenty of people who shower morning and night, especially in the ayurveda community 🙂 Hope that helps!
